WHY USE SNAP A DENT FOR PDR?
The process of Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is very unique and so is each technician. Because removing
dings is done by people and not machines there is always a chance for error. SNAP A DENT takes pride in
fixing your dings and dent right the first time and fixing the dings the other technicians said could not be
fixed. Please read what our customers have said.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR RATHER THAN A COLLISION REPAIR SHOP
Collision repair shops usually use body putty or paint. With PDR there is no need for the use of body
putty or paint. Therefore the vehicle retains its original factory paint in order to help your vehicle retain
its value. The process is environmentally safe, much quicker, and often times, less expensive than traditional body shop methods. The repair is always guaranteed against future defects, reappearance, or
any other damage caused by the repair. Don’t choose any collision repair shop for your PDR needs,
choose SNAP A DENT your paintless dent repair specialist!
CAN I FIX MY OWN DENTS?
Great question! The right answer is usually NO. Without the correct skills, tools, and knowledge an
untrained individual can actually cause more damage attempting to repair their own car. The end result
is typically a much more expensive repair.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY DINGS?
To measure dings, we use a method based on currency – dime, nickel, quarter, and half dollar. If dings
are larger than a half dollar we start using objects to achieve a common understanding with our clients;
tennis ball, orange, volleyball, basketball, etc.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FROM SNAP A DENT?

WHAT GUARANTEE DOES SNAP A DENT OFFER?
We guarantee the quality of the paintless dent repair for as long as you own your vehicle. Our goal is for
each customer to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the repair
please let us know and we will do our very best to make it right.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REMOVE THE DINGS FROM MY CAR?
To remove a ding, the process can take anywhere from a minute to several hours to repair. Obviously
the more damage there is the longer the repair will take. A typical hail damaged car can be fixed in 1-3 days. Keep in mind PDR technicians are not paid based on time. You are paying them for their years of
experience and skill/art to repair your car.
WILL MY PAINT BE DAMAGED?
Your paint won’t be damaged if the dings can be repaired under normal circumstances. When damage is
too great and your insurance company knows the repair is still worth pursuing using PDR, a PDR
technician will use a technique called push-to-paint.
WHAT IS PUSH-TO-PAINT?
Push-To-Paint is where your vehicle may need to have some refinish work done on certain panels, but
by using PDR we may be able to reduce the amount of body repairs or panel replacement.
WHAT IF MY DAMAGE CANNOT BE FIXED USING PDR?
If PDR isn’t the solution to your damages, we can recommend a highly skilled and reputable body shop
to repair your car.
HOW BIG OF A DENT CAN SNAP A DENT FIX?
SNAP A DENT is capable of fixing dings the size of a dime to dents the size of a trash can lid. Check out
our Gallery to view actual before and after images for more details.
WILL MY DENTS BE GONE COMPLETELY?
In most cases, yes. Although we specialize on bodyline dents and creased dents, which are the most
challenging ones, what will determine if the dent will be gone completely is the depth of it. The deeper
the dent, the more likely it will leave a mark as it stretched the metal or marked the paint. Even on large
dents, once we’re done, most people are astonished at the results. We always explain in detail the
anticipated result.
WILL MY DENTS COME BACK?
Dents will NOT come back. Once a dent has been removed properly with Paintless Dent Repair
techniques, it never comes back. Many dents repaired conventionally develop a ring around the dent, or
sand scratch marks 3 – 6 months after the repair. This is never the case with properly performed
Paintless Dent Repair.
CAN SNAP A DENT REPAIR ALUMINUM PANELS?
Yes! Although aluminum is much harder to repair since it lacks metal memory, Snap a Dent have
repaired many Lamborghinis as well as other vehicles which are now becoming more common.
Repairing aluminum panels requires special tools, heat and lots of skills which you will certainly find at
Snap a Dent.
CAN SNAP A DENT REPAIR STAINLESS STEEL?
Yes! We’ve repaired several dented Rolls Royce’s grills. Like aluminum panels, stainless steel is really
hard to work on and require a lot of effort and superior craftsmanship. Check the video of the last Rolls
Royce ghost we did, we are sure you’ll be impressed.
